1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 8:30 AM (ET) on 10/1/07, visit www.ChildrensPepto.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. See chart below for entry periods, drawing and winner announcement dates. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on 6/15/08 in order to be eligible for the final drawing. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over into subsequent entry periods. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. 3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Random drawings will be conducted on/about the dates listed in the chart in Rule #1 from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding entry period for each drawing. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning in each drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the entry period for each drawing.

5. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same.
