- HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 11:59 AM (ET) on 11/27/07, visit www.peptostar.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received during the entry period indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that weekly drawing only. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over to subsequent weekly drawings, but will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 4/21/08 to be eligible for the final weekly drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 4/21/08 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Limit one entry per email address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

- ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
- HERE'S HOW TO RECEIVE BONUS SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES: Beginning 11:59 AM (ET) on 2/13/08 through 11:59 AM (ET) on 3/12/08, you can receive one additional "bonus" entry when you visit www.peptostar.com and vote in the "Pepto Star Contest" for your favorite video entry. See Official Rules at www.peptostar.com including all voting information. Limit one bonus entry per e-mail address per day. If more than one bonus entry is received per person per day, only the first bonus entry received will be eligible.
- RANDOM DRAWINGS: (1) Weekly prize winner per drawing will be selected in a random drawing on or about each drawing date indicated in the chart in Rule #1, from among all eligible entries received within the corresponding entry period. In addition, (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about 4/28/08 from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire promotion period. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning in each weekly drawing will depend upon the number of eligible entries received within the corresponding entry period for that drawing. Odds of winning in the Grand Prize drawing will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire promotion period.
- PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 22 prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $6,540 will be awarded as follows:
(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two to winner's choice of Las Vegas, NV, New York, NY or Hollywood, CA. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, 2 nights hotel accommodations, 1 room/double occupancy, airport transfers in destination city and $500 spending money for winner. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature ($5,000; the actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return). Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary.

Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one weekly prize per person or household.
- GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Traveling companion (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is a minor) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within 10 days of winner's attempted notification. If winner is a minor, winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner's guest. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, winner must be his/her parent/legal guardian. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. Travel must be completed within one year of notification. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Winners will be notified by mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries/votes will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation/voting of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
